// public website boundary

Website privacy notice.

This notice explains how information is handled when you use the public Strivetech AI website, email us, follow our external scheduling link or choose to load the optional Imprint Twin demonstration. It does not describe a future client delivery environment; that boundary is agreed separately for each engagement.

Effective · 4 August 2026
Current website state: this is a static marketing site. It has no embedded enquiry form, customer upload, analytics tracker or advertising pixel. The optional Imprint Twin demonstration does not load until you select “Start interactive 3-D demo.” Please do not email or enter confidential tender material, credentials or sensitive personal data before an agreed handling route is in place.

1. Who is responsible

STRIVETECHAI LIMITED (company number 09291352), trading as Strivetech AI, is the controller for this public website. Its registered office is C/O Sg Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, England, BH21 7SB. For privacy questions or a rights request, email info@strivetech-ai.com.

2. What information may be processed

  • Basic request and security data. The hosting service may process information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser or device information and security events so that the site can be delivered and protected.
  • Information you choose to send. If you email us, we receive your address and the content you provide.
  • Scheduling information. If you choose the “Book a call” link, you leave this site and provide information directly to Calendly under its own privacy notice. The link includes basic source tags identifying strivetechai.com, the website channel, the fit-call campaign and the page selected. Calendly may record those tags with the booking so Strivetech can understand which public page led to a qualified conversation; the tags do not identify you before you provide booking information.
  • Optional interactive demonstration data. If you select “Start interactive 3-D demo” or open the full-screen link, your browser connects to imprintdeck.app. That service may receive basic request, device, security and session information needed to deliver the demonstration. The published scene is synthetic and visitors should not enter confidential or personal information into it.

3. Why it may be used

Basic site and security data may be processed for the legitimate interests of operating, protecting and improving the public website. Enquiry or scheduling information may be used to respond to your request, take steps you ask for before a possible engagement and manage any resulting business relationship.

4. Services and sharing

The public site is hosted using Vercel. Email is handled through the company’s email service, scheduling and page-level booking-source attribution are provided through Calendly when you choose that external link, and the optional interactive demonstration is delivered from imprintdeck.app only after you choose to load or open it. Imprint uses Clerk for authentication and session infrastructure; when the demonstration is loaded, that infrastructure may receive limited browser, device, security and session information even if you are viewing the public scene anonymously. Those providers may process the limited information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Strivetech AI does not sell website visitor information.

5. International processing

Online service providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable, their contractual and organisational safeguards govern those transfers. The location and safeguards for any later client delivery environment are assessed and agreed separately; this notice makes no blanket data-location claim.

6. Retention

This public site does not maintain its own enquiry database or analytics profile. Calendly may retain the source tags with a completed booking under the scheduling account’s retention settings. Email and calendar records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet legal or record-keeping needs, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

7. Cookies and similar technology

The current public site does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies. A linked service may use its own cookies after you leave this site or after you deliberately load the embedded Imprint Twin demonstration. The demonstration is not requested on first page load. If optional measurement or advertising technology is introduced later, this notice and any required choice mechanism will be updated before use.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive certain information in portable form. Email the address above so the request can be assessed and answered. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk.

9. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used for this public site, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when the site, providers or legal requirements change; the effective date will change with it.
